Extended Service Plans

Extended Mechanical Protection
Now that you've selected the motorcycle of your dreams, don't lose out on your enjoyment due to mechanical breakdowns that are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Western Service Contract's mechanical breakdown protection covers more than your factory warranty and extends beyond the warranty's expiration, virtually eliminating future expenses to have your vehicle repaired and back where it belongs - on the road.

What's more, your service contracts cost just pennies each month and can usually be included in your finance package. They are even transferable to a new owner for a small fee should you decide to sell your bike (or upgrade!). So, let Western Service Contract Corporation help eliminate the expense and frustration of mechanical breakdowns for you.

Western Service Contract Corporation was founded in 1985 to serve the needs of motorcycle (and watercraft) enthusiasts, where it has quickly become an innovative industry leader. All service contract programs are fully insured by an admitted A. M. Best A-Rated insurance company in each state in which contracts are written.

Maximum Security along with Maximum Mechanical Protection
Our innovative Instant Pay program is automatically included in each service contract we sell and pays for covered repairs when traveling anywhere in the United States and Canada where MasterCard is accepted.

New Laws Affecting Motorcyclists

Effective January 1, 2013:
Motorcycle riders are subject to a fix-it ticket if a peace officer stops them for loud mufflers. The law only applies if the original equipment muffler, or aftermarket replacement muffler has been manufactured after January 1, 2013 and does not have a federal EPA noise emission label. If the exhaust system in question was built before January 1, 2013, NO CITATION can be issued under CVD 27202.1

A rider can only be cited if first stopped for something else. Citation shall be treated as mechanical violation, or fix-it tickets, which will be dismissed by the court for a nominal fee with proof of correction.

$50 to $100 for first conviction
$100 to $250 for second & subsequent citations
